Immortality
Do you want to live forever?
Have you ever thought that being Immortal is a possibility?
If a genius is provided with as many humans or animal bodies as he needs to experiment. Do you think it is possible to possess immortality?
Since it is illegal and immoral to experiment on humans. There is no way to find out if it can work.
Is it possible someone with limitless resources and wealth is already trying to be Immortal and no one even knows about it? Money can buy a lot but where would they get human bodies for the experiment.
Thinking from a victim’s perspective. If someone takes me away without my consent. Experiment with me to develop research on Immortality and fail. After, put me on the list of thousands of people who sacrificed their lives for Immortality.
My god! Can’t believe I just imagined that.
Would the sacrifice be that bad if it will make immortality possible in future?
What would a world look like when there are no rich and poor but mortals and immortals.
What would happen to the human body and organs when they’re old. Would they stay as fresh as a newborn or would a person has to find a new body to transfer their soul into?
Who would hold the power to decide which person gets immortality and what kind of abuse it will bring to this world? How would the population charts look? If everyone gets immortality then who would get to decide whose time it is to die.
Probably everyone comes to the same conclusion as I did. Immortality is not worth thousands or millions of people dying for. Since it will benefit only a few and imbalance the human race. It’s not worth it.
A prophecy,
“Humans will possess immortality in the next 1000 years.”
